What happens after I have submitted my enquiry?
We will send you an acknowledgement email directly after receiving your online request. We will provide a callback within 2 working days to enquire more about your event needs and to arrange for our event specialist to go down to your location for a complimentary consultation, if required. In the event where you have decided to use our event service, we will send you a confirmation email with an invoice attached 2 to 3 days after your confirmation booking.
What happens if I am not satisfied with the result?

I have special request for my planned event i.e. additional guests, change of venue, can this be done?
We understand that there will be unpredictable occasions where you need an event planner or event related service urgently. Can I change or cancel my booking?
You can cancel or amend your booking generally up to 7 days before the event is scheduled to begin free of charge, subjected to the availability. Any cancellation or amendment made less than 7 days before the event is scheduled to begin will incur cancellation costs.
What are my payment options?
We accept only bank transfers at the moment. At least 50% deposit is required prior to the scheduled event date. Final payment is to be made on the day of the event.
